Help! Machine brows fail?

Hi ladies, I had machine brows (like micro blading) done yesterday and I am seriously regretting it. They are very dark which I know will fade but also look too big for my face. I'm embarrassed to go to work this morning! What do you think and can anything be done about it?

I get hair l-stroke nanobrows (using a tattoo machine) and mine shrink in size over the 2-week healing process - both from swelling going down, and the ends of each hair stroke disappearing. But I can’t tell from the photo if yours might be more ombré/powder style though, which might heal differently?

Have you seen lots of fresh then healed photos from the person who did yours? If you have, and the fresh photos look similar to you but the healed photos look nice, then hopefully that’ll be reassuring. Because the first few days are always a shock, and healing is a process!

But if you haven’t, and are seriously regretting it, I believe you can get saline removal within the first few days after getting it done, but you’d need to be quick about it 😊.

Did you realise you were getting tattooed? Not being sparky but this seems to be hidden from the clients. Saline removal tends to be fairly ineffective and you may find laser removal works , but even then it depends on how deep the practitioner tattooed you.

They do look initially really dark when they’ve been done OP but they fade over a couple of weeks. Did you reach out to the person who did it to ask?

I agree with others. I have powder brows and they look absolutely dreadful for a week or two as swelling goes down and they scab then fade. But well worth it in the end.

Does the person that did it have lots of before and after photos? That should hopefully reassure you if you've seen their other work.

Thanks ladies! I think I probably need to be patient and wait for them to heal. The pics on the technician's Instagram all look like normal sized eyebrows and I contacted her today and she said the ink would shrink. Unfortunately patience is not a strong point of mine! Everyone commented on my eyebrows today, I can't wait for 2 weeks to pass!
