Best spot treatment

Just as the title suggests. Anyone have a tried and trust product to reduce spots? I have something growing and my Clinique spot gel doesn’t seem to be helping. Maybe time for a change

I’ve tried everything over the years - Paula’s Choice 2% salicylic acid followed by Avène Cicalfate moisturiser, covered with a hydrocolloid plaster overnight is my magic spot treatment combination. Dramatically shrinks them and reduces redness by the next morning

Head and shoulders shampoo wet face massage into face leave for 10 mins then wash off - thank me later

Benzoyl peroxide dabbed on the spot, left overnight.

Tea tree oil.

I know this sounds a bit nuts but Metanium, the baby nappy rash tar like stuff works so well for my cystic chin acne and is the only thing that helps resolve it well.
