1920's dress up help!

I've been invited to a 20's themed party. Accessories are fine, but the main dress/outfit I'm struggling to find. I'm size 18 with H sized boobs, so any 2nd hand/vinted type flapper dresser so far don't fit. Have you seen anything high street, or plus sized dress up which I could wear? Max £50 ideally.

I once had to dress like this.
Buy a plain shift dress and some fringing ( like on old fashion lampshades) from a haberdashery or ebay ( see pic) enough to go round bottom of dress 3 times. Either sew on or use hem line tape...
