I always get so confused with skinny jeans.. what are normal wrinkles and what are the ones that say the jeans don't fit?? Let me know whether you think these fit?

I think that looks fine, I imagine you need some wrinkles in order to bend your knees.

Peclet · 30/09/2024 11:12

Too long I would say and too many wrinkles

Levithecat · 30/09/2024 11:12

Looks very normal to me! Maybe slightly
too long?

firebrand123 · 30/09/2024 11:18

I was wondering about the length but they are only just at my ankle so any shorter would be a bit too short I think...

Sorry, I think the wrinkles suggest that they don't fit properly.
But those long slim legs would look good in most things!

rainfallpurevividcat · 30/09/2024 15:22

I think they are the right length and fit, skinny jeans are supposed to be tight. Lots of people wear trousers that are just a tiny bit too short but these are just right.

BuzzieLittleBee · 30/09/2024 15:27

For a skinny jean, that fit is fine!

Undisclosedlocation · 30/09/2024 15:32

How much elastane is in them? Half an hour in and they could end up too big!!
I hate buying jeans, the fit is impossible to guess until you’ve worn them a while. By which time you’ve snipped the label and it’s too late 🙄

firebrand123 · 30/09/2024 15:34

@Undisclosedlocation apparently they are 92% Cotton, 6% Elastomultiester, 2% Elastane. I did sit at my desk at home in them for a good hour or so and they didn't really seem to change. Guess it depends how much of their life that lasts for!

No they don't fit and they are very unflattering. Anything that wrinkles like that looks cheaply made. Well made fitting jeans should be smooth without wrinkling like that.

It's not the sizing it's how they have been made.
