Fly London sizing help

I am eyeing up a new pair of winter boots. Can anyone advise me on how Fly London's sizing is? True to size? A quick look online suggests it comes up big, but was wondering if anyone could confirm or deny this please?

I would say true to Suze but roomy

I think it depends on style. I tried some on a few years ago and couldn't get them on, tried 'Suli' and they were more roomy. I have high arches and realised this made a difference to boots
