Any sites with free returns

Many online shopping portals now charge a free for any returns. This to me defeats the purpose of online shopping as the advantage was you buy without trying on first and can return if it does not suit.
Anyone know of any shopping websites with free returns? My previous go to was Debehams. Now even with unlimited delivery, there is a returns charge

M& S does free returns still

Pretty sure JL does too

If I have to pay the way I see it is this - If I went to return it in real life in town, I'd quite possibly pay for parking or a coffee, so would still spend money returning.

John Lewis every time

Pretty Kitty and Nobody’s Child are both free returns. I think Joe Browns are too (unless it’s changed recently!)

ASOS returns are still free

I definitely shop more frequently when the return is free and easy to sort out. I.e. faffing around trying to fond the right bit of the website, email, etc really pisses me off!

John Lewis is excellent because you can return to John Lewis or Waitrose. They are quicker to refund you if you return to JL.

These days I only buy from Next, Marks and John Lewis because they’re click n collect and have a large number of brands.
