I've been buying clothes from Sezane for about 3 years now.
Overall, I've been happy with the brand, but increasingly I've been disappointed by the quality and the delivery experience. Typically I order on a Sunday and I would receive the parcel the next Friday. This was consistent.
I went a few months not buying anything as I didn't particularly like the summer releases. I've since made 2 orders. One in August took at least 4 days longer than expected. It was not dispatched for ages. I thought it was a one off, but I made an order on Saturday, ahead of the Sunday release and it's not even dispatched yet.
Is anyone else experiencing this? I think they've expanded too quickly and seem to be struggling to keep up with demand.
