What do you wear if you're short and big thighed

I'm 36, 5'0 and carry all my weight on my thighs. I have massive saddle bags and no boobs! Tiny up top and massive on bottom. I just look awful in whatever I wear and looking for inspiration. I feel the cold a lot so don't tend to wear dresses/skirts and am always in jumpers

Midi or maxi dresses or straight leg jeans are my solution to a similar body shape. I used to like boot cuts when they were around so might give them and wide legs a go again.

I do have a waist so try and make a feature out of that.
