Please help me find some trainers!

I am losing my MIND trying to find some trainers that I like. I have decision fatigue. And googling fatigue. And honestly, I don't really know what's fashionable any more, trainer-wise, and I really need some help.

I will mostly be wearing them with jeans and wide-legged cords/trousers.
I prefer neutral colours, lighter so I can wear them with everything.
I like a bit of leopard print and gold metallic but not silver.
I tend to prefer fashion trainers over very sporty trainers but am willing to consider anything.
I have wide-ish feet so no brands that are known to be narrow.
Size 6.
Budget of up to £120ish but happy to consider non-name brands and save the money!

You're my only hope at this stage, MN. Please help a desperate woman.

I have a pair of the above but I also want some Adidas Campus 00s which come in a variety of colours

I just got some lovely grey adidas gazelles for my birthday I love them!

Comefromaway · 25/09/2024 13:29

I was convinced that I wanted a pair of Veja and they are lovely but on me they were just not quite right. The ones that looked nice didn;t feel comfy and vice versa.

Then I came across a pair in the sale at All Saints and they are the nicest, comfiest shoe/trainer I have ever worn.

Gazelles and Sambas did not fit me at all well.

Thank you everyone, some good suggestions to try here!

The new air and grace trainers look great. I have 4 pairs of adidas currently on the go so I feel I cannot indulge my trainer habit any further....

I have wide feet too and find new balance good for my clown feet 😂 I have gazelles and they are more of a tighter fit

Fifiellz · 25/09/2024 15:21

I just bought these - bit out of my comfort zone and worried I will look like a toddler but they fit really well and make my feet look smaller. I fancied a change from my usual plain black or white.

The do them in loads of other, less lairy, colours.

If you like Birkenstock, their trainers are great.

Doggymummar · 25/09/2024 18:20

I got superga from Amazon from £25

EngineEngineNumber9 · 25/09/2024 18:24

I echo all previous recs of Campus 00s, I’ve had mine since last July and I’m planning to buy a second pair as I love them so much. I have them in a black/cream/leopard colour scheme but might get the pale blue ones next. In addition to this - the fifteen year old Saturday girl at work has them, so they must be cool.

These and size up

Gola trainers are worth a look 😊

WhatWouldTheDoctorDo · 25/09/2024 19:51

I were adidas a lot, a mix of spezials and sambas. My feet are on the wider side, but I don’t usually by specific wide fit shoes. I sometimes go up half a size.

I quite like hoff trainers, but they don’t look right on, and I’ve got a couple of plain pairs from mint velvet when I need something a bit smarter.

peachgreen · 26/09/2024 09:30

Thanks everyone! I went for Gazelles in the end – these ones. https://www.office.co.uk/view/product/office_catalog/2,300/4870288599

I couldn't go a half size up unfortunately as they weren't in stock anywhere so will just keep my fingers crossed that they work!
