Petite, 20, wedding afternoon tea - Help!

You guys have been really helpful before, hope you can be again.

Daughter age 20, 4ft11 size 10-12.
Normally wears jeans and a hoodie, not into fashion or makeup etc.

Needs something for an afternoon team wedding celebration in Oct half term. Smarter end of smart casual probably.
Likes rich reds and blues and purples and black.
(Bonus points if can be reused for funerals, but that is probably pushing it.)

Any suggestions? Don't want to spend too much if can help it unless likely to be reworn.

Do Oasis and Warehouse still exist online? I have dresses from both that I’ve worn for weddings and funerals. I’m fat now but was size 8 and 5’ 2” at the time said dresses were bought.
