I have a wedding at the end of October, and would like to wear a full skirt and a top with a cinched in waist, or a dress that gives the same silhouette.
I like this skirt, but I don’t know what too to wear with it or how best to style it!

I’m 5’2 and quite petite with a big bust, brown hair - happy in most colours but nothing too pale or I look washed out! I’ve got about £200 to spend, I hope you can help!
