My neighbour and friend the other day was wearing a nice probably on or above the knee smocked top dress in black. No idea if sleeves as she wore a jacket over it.
Any ideas where it’s from? Ordered one from New Look and it’s slightly crinkly and doesn’t look right. Have tried to google but not much coming up or like it. It was very plain on neckline.
