Vinted refund panic

I bought quite an expensive bag on vinted (£100) feeling assured by the buyer protection insurance and the seller's excellent feedback. It arrived with a very tarnished clasp- much more tarnished than appeared in the listing pictures & description. I raised an issue and the seller was slightly belligerent, saying she didn't agree with me but would accept a return and refund me (stating she could resell the bag easily). I paid for the postage label and sent it back. She's received it, but she has now raised an issue so my refund hasn't come through- it says "transaction suspended while vinted looks into it" or something like that. I messaged her asking what the issue could possibly be considering she agreed to a refund and I sent the bag back in exactly the condition she sent it to me? But she refused to say. I feel a bit sick now thinking I've been a bit stupid, as I suppose there's nothing to stop her from claiming I sent an empty box or something - not sure how I can prove I sent it back in exactly the condition she sent it to me? I did upload pictures when I originally received it. I don't suppose anyone else has faced a similar issue and could advise me on how it turned out?

I would keep messaging Vinted OP. Sadly you do get the occasional person on there trying to pull a fast one and I found the only way to get my money back was to belligerently message vinted and bypass the seller altogether.
