A primer/serum to wear under make up that blurs pores, reduces shine but also makes me look glowy at 58!

Will pay a ridiculous amount for something I can apply after moisturiser and before foundation - I get a shiny forehead with large pores. Nothing too 'young' and cheap because they are often too mattifying or greasy!

Which smashbox primer are you using? There are several, are they all good?

No. Think that may be Benefit - found that awful too.
Elf is in a pump bottle.

The Smashbox one I use is the original photo finish smooth and blur primer. I put it on after a light moisturiser (which I let sink in first), then after the primer I use either a MAC or Chanel foundation. Foundation goes on beautifully and you don't need to use as much. I'm 60 btw so am very picky about my products.
