Grim Skin

Post pregnancy skin, it’s the worst. I’ve always had naturally oily hair and skin but after having children it’s just awful.
I have these little pimple lumps, especially round my nose and chin, the arrive and stay for weeks. My skin is so greasy all the time. I know it’s hormones and nothing is going to cure it from the outside but does anyone have any greasy skin/hair must haves or make up they find helps. I’m currently using Liz Earle which is all lovely stuff but that fresh face feeling only last a couple of hours

Maybe try somewhere like skin and me or Dermatica (can get 50% off 3 months Dermatica with the code FB50, that's a generic code not one for me!)

Something like tret might help dry it out, they'll prescribe what it needs (if you're not BF).

Thank you both, I'm having a good look through both sites tonight, it seems to get worse day by day! Bloody hormones...

Had similar horrible skin after my last pregnancy and it didn't seem to want to go away. Prior to this I've always had really nice skin that, if anything, tended towards a bit dry so I was completely lost.
Neutrogena salicylic acid face scrub (double wash always) followed by The Ordinary glycolic acid toner. Smoothed out the bumps and stops any pimples forming. Skin is back to almost normal with these and didn't break the bank either.
