Opaque or sheer

Where are we on tights nowadays?

I’ve worn opaque tights for years but got the impression that they were outdated last winter. Or it might have been my footwear?

what’s the current style?

I haven’t worn black opaque tights for years and haven’t missed them. And it must be a couple of decades since I last bought sheer tights. First it was bare legs, then black socks. But this year all the coolest outfits I’ve seen seem to come with either opaque or sheer black tights - so I guess Wolford will be bankrupting me once more pretty soon.

I’m not sure. Usually wear sheer in autumn and spring and opaque in winter. But I don’t know what’s “in”
