How to stop mascara under eyes?

Every day, I have mascara on the under eye area, regardless if it's waterproof or not. How can I stop this? I've even experienced it with powder set on top of my makeup.

Get your lashes tinted instead of wearing mascara.

Use a tubing mascara. I had exactly this problem and it's because of my oily skin. Doesn't happen with tubing mascara.

I use no7 tubing mascara.
