Can anyone recommend a good earthy lipstick that's like a muted nude pink with some colour and not just beige.

God sounds so vague but hoping I get some suggestions that's aren't pricey!

I like this and a go to, but if not OK, think there will be another BB that fits the bill

I love please me by MAC

I really like GOSH velvet matte lipstick in Rose. It looks quite dark online but IRL it's a more muted pinky nude. And its one of the nicest textures I found for a matte lipstick, really creamy & not drying at all.

I agree Bobbi Brown is excellent for muted pinks.

Pink Honey by Clinique

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 13/09/2024 20:56

Standing Ovation by E.L.F. is my go-to...

Stoned rose by Charlotte tilbury fits the bill. It's satin finish, not matte.

Beachlovingirl · 13/09/2024 21:10

I have the generation G lipstick by glossier in Like. It’s muted but defiantly natural pink as opposed to beige or brown based. It is matte.

Agree with Pink Honey by Clinique

Oh this looks just my colour, thanks.

I like pink honey but it is quite light.
Possibly bisou balm in bêtise - I really like it but it's quite berry coloured.

MissEsmeWatson · 13/09/2024 23:42

Dirty Rose by Barry M is a good one.

ginandheels · 13/09/2024 23:51

Bobbi Brown:
Italian Rose
Neutral Rose
Pink Nude

Charlotte Tilbury:
Stoned Rose
Glowing Jen

Clinique Chubby Stick:
Super Strawberry

Thanks for all the other tips. Will investigate…

Lisa Eldridge does some fabulous lippies in a number of different finishes. I have a few of her matte formula (True Velvet) and as someone who prefers a balmy / glossy / satin finish, I still enjoy these and find them comfortable to wear and not too drying:

I have 3 of the Baumes, which are more sheer but lovely a glossy and surprisingly long lasting:

My favourite formula is her satins "Luxuriously Lucent". I've got 5 of these and they are one of my favourite lipstick formulas of all time. Kitten Mischief is a lovely pinky nude, your lips but better and is my go to for wearing to the office - it fits the brief of very demure, very mindful 😂!

Would also recommend her skin tint. Sheer but buildable coverage. Lovely natural finish, great shade and undertones to the range. It also wears well, even standing up well in the daytime Barcelona sun during the August heatwave.

Max Factor Colour Elixir in Nude Rose. I find them really good for the price.
