How to stop nipples showing through your top?

I wore a white tight sweater yesterday and all I could see when I looked in the mirror was nipples.

I always wear loose fitting or black tbh so it’s rarely an issue. But now I’ve lost weight I want to wear more fitting tops. I’ve googled it and there’s silicon cups you can place over, but just wondered if anyone used something better?

Either a moulded or slightly padded bra, or silicone nipple covers, or don't worry about it they're just nipples. Well done on the weight loss💖

I have the same problem. Although tbh I just ignore it! I’s the shape of them as they seem to be permanently “there”!
Moulded bras don’t suit the shape of my boobs so I just go with the nipples sticking out and ignore it.
Am I awful for doing that?

I have to wear padded bras for this reason. Have breastfed for 3 years in total. Just made it worse.

Saying that, apparently Kim Kardashian's underwear range sells bras WITH protruding nipples! Actual bumps on the outside of the cup to emulate nipples that I have for free and wish would droop politely. Not sure what to make of this. I don't think I'm her target audience.

I wish more people let their nipples show as hate how people stare when you’re braless or can see nipples.

Are you seeing the shape of your nipples or are your top and bra so thing you are seeing the colour? I'm not getting the issue with the former. If its the latter ,easily solved by a solid bra rather than sheer.

Silicon things from Amazon. Nipple daisies or something, I think they are called.

Or a padded bra.

Oh, and if you are wearing a white top, a nude bra shows less than a white one, and a red one doesn't show at all. God knows why, but it doesn't.

My nipples never show because I wear quite thick bras

All humans have nipples. The equivalent of female nipples is male nipples, not genitals. Crazy comparison.

Both women's nipples and men's penises are rarely-revealed body parts in everyday life in the West. That's the equivalence 🙄

I say embrace them! But if not, nipple covers are your best bet

They have been totally sexualised. I hate my nips showing for this reason.
