Help with heels and tights

Hi all, returned to the office after a 16 year break. I appreciate everything in dress is different, but still corporate.

I have gleaned from here that flesh coloured tights are out. However, I still like dresses and heels.

What type of heels will go with opaque black tights and a dress? I’ve been going bare legged so far but it’s getting cooler.

Please help.

I wear 15 - 20 den black, not fully black, with black suede kitten heels for every day. Make me feel glam but still professional.

I’ve got a pair of seriously trusty M&S patent black wedge heels, quite low, maybe 2 inches? With any tights, from 20-80 den. These have been my fave all round shoe for about a decade.

see what they have, they’ve lashed ages with a lot of wear!

Heel heels are really not a thing any more

I checked. They don’t do them anymore. Closest are these on the left.

I still like them - I do understand that though.
