Subtle teeth whitening

Hi, my teeth are a bit yellow, not too terrible, but I wonder if there's something I could do to whiten them. I do not want bright white teeth and don't want to spend much. Anyone used something that works?

Philips zoom whitening system works well. You can use it religiously for a fortnight for bright white teeth or just every couple of months for a night or two for subtle whitening.

You need to buy the trays from the dentist and then you can buy the whitening paste online.

How much does it cost though including the trays?

It is illegal to sell anything over the counter that has enough hydrogen peroxide to whiten teeth. So anyone selling this product to the public in the U.K. or. EU is knowingly breaking the law. As you would be buying from criminals what guarantee do you have that what you are buying is genuine and safe? Especially when these sellers have no legitimate way of sourcing these products.

Dentist provided whitening will cost £250 to £350 and will need topping up after around 18 months, when , as you already have the trays, you will only have to pay for the tubes of whitening gel which is around £30.

I can't understand why you'd risk buying anything OTC, taking risks wrt teeth will not end well.

Just talk to your dentist, they can create custom-fit dental trays for you and get you a whitening treatment (often carbonide peroxide) that's actually effective
