Help me style these jeans please!

So I’ve bought these and I really like them. I have them in the pale denim. They look good with flat pointed ballet type shoes and also with my Stan Smiths. They don’t look good with any of my boots though. What can I wear during the day in the winter with them? I need something practical as I’m out and about a lot and live in Scotland!

@Tralalaka thanks! Yes I was thinking of high tops . Maybe something darker coloured for the autumn.

Isn't it funny how things turn around? Usually jeans with a crease down the legs is the epitome of an old man's style 😊
