Anyone any good with authenticating Mulberrys?

I have a good collection, and think I know the fakes but I saw these two today today eBay, reported them and they've come back to me saying there's no violation?

I've never seen a white fabric label in a Mulbs, I'm happy to be proved wrong but even the tree is wonky... These are on for well over £100 each??

If these are yours and I'm wrong then I apologise but they look dodgy to me...

I have an old Mulberry (real, from Selfridges) and the Y isn't as long as those and mine doesn't say Mulberry Company anywhere

They are notoriously bad at removing fakes, even when reported multiple times.
