Anyone else struggle to wear sling backs?

Not sure if it’s only me; but I’ve always struggled with sling backs - the strap slips down and doesn’t stay where it should.
I’d totally given up on them until I saw these shoes that I fell in love with… they are expensive, so it’d be a treat; but I want to make sure I can walk in them… I think the strap might hold the back strap in place? If anyone’s overcome this before let me know!

Slingbacks fall off my feet. I have narrow feet especially at the heel. Dune tend to be narrower than a lot of makes but I don’t find them practical either as shoes are what I normally look to wear in spring and autumn and they are not weather proof enough.

I also have this problem with very narrow feet / heels. I use see through double sided tape to secure them at the heels (fashion tape and the like) - as long as you don’t need to put them on and off during the day it works well.

Thanks @stealthbanana I’ll try that and see if they stay on - hoping the Mary Jane strap on these might keep up as well

Another skinny-heeled non-slingback wearer. Excited to try the double sided tape trick with my one remaining pair of them!

As another slingback duffer, I don't think you'd have problem with these shoes as it isn't the sling that's holding them on your feet.
