black smart rain coat

I'm looking for a smart black raincoat, I wear lots of dresses so ideally one just above the knee, in about a size 16

I had a lovely joules one (loxley) unfortunately (or fortunately due to weight loss) it's too big.

Any suggestions amazing Mumsnet
