Wrap wool coats

Has anyone seen a nice wool wrap coat on their autumn travels? I had a gorgeous Michael Kors one from New York that I bought 11 years ago and I have worn it to death so am looking for a new one! I bought one from Next last year but it didn't have a belt so it's a bit too boxy for me so I don't wear it. Also doesn't have pockets 🙈

Main requirements are wrap with a belt, long (knee length) ideally with pockets, and wool or something similar - just warn and good quality! I'd love a bright colour, probably not grey or white! I've seen a gorgeous pink one in Karen Millen and Coast but I know the quality will be shocking since they got taken over by the boo hoo group. I've also seen a lovely Ted Baker one but I'm not sure if TB is still good quality?!

Any help would be much appreciated!!

MaxMara coats are classic for a reason. Seems to fit all your requirements - pure wool, wrap, with belt.

I always get Ted Baker coats (don't buy anything else from there though). If you get the cashmere blend ones they are nice and warm and I've never had issues with the quality. They look very smart.

I also have a lovely Ted Baker one - they have gone under, but I think John Lewis and House of Fraser are selling off their old Ted Baker stock. Both are good with returns so worth ordering one to see if they suit you?

(for reference, my Ted Baker one was my lockdown winter 2020 gift to myself to smarten up my look for garden drinks. I’ve worn it loads over the last 3 winters and it still looks new this year.)

Thanks so much for your help! I think I'll go with the Ted Baker one I've seen - it's in the sale on House of Fraser so I might see if I can go in store and try it on first.

The Phase Eight Nicci coat is beautiful. I bought it in dark green last winter and had so many compliments.
