Would this jacket be considered neutral enough?

I’m looking for a non-leather bomber style jacket, and came across this. While I wouldn’t normally go for red, does it seem muted enough to go with different things?

Yes it could be a neutral depending on what you usually wear. If it goes with the tones in your daily wardrobe then it can be used to pull an outfit together.
