Are LED masks worth buying?

If so.... which one and why??

Bumping for you as I came on S&B looking for the answer to this question!

I read a recent article that said no. Research by Kings College found they made no difference at all - That they are essentially useless BUT that laser treatments that go deeper have good evidence behind them. So instead of LED you need LLLT Low Level Light therapy, which is powerful enough to actually make a difference.
