Are they worth the money?
which brand do you recommend?

I’ve got a Current Body LED mask, which has good reviews. The thing is, you need to use them consistently. I always feel better after using it, and my skin feels refreshed. They are often used in salons after treatments like microneedling, as LED light is healing. There are lots of them on Amazon which are gimmicky and cheaper, with lots of different coloured lights, but you really only need red, and it has to be at a certain wavelength, which the Current body one is.

Great thanks- I was getting overwhelmed with all the different types! I do skincare regularly so would potentially use it most days after doing that.
