Issues with Bondi Sands tan..

I don't use it all that often, just in summer around my neck, chest and lower legs. I use the foam in a can with a dedicated BS mitt.

I used to use the Dove spa gradual but switched to this as heard it was less patchy last year. Worked great for a while, I was over the moon at the colour and evenness, but I have started to notice some things that bother me. Perhaps I just don't have the stamina for it Grin

It applies well but it irritates me to have to sit around half undressed on a towel whilst it sets (so tha tit doesn't transfer to textiles, etc). Then I have to get into the shower fully and wash it off. A bit high maintenance for me but hey ho.
However, I have been noticing it won't come off easily, whereas my Dove used to wash off nicely in one quick shower.

On occasions where some has come off and I want to start again, it is absolute murder to get the remaining tan off. And I resent having to pay a ton for a special 'remover' product. So much so, that I am wondering whether to just stop using it.

I have also had issues with it simply not working. For example, I will apply as normal, same routine, but often it barely shows, even after waiting over 6 hours. It seems that on many occasions it does NOT keep developing at all. So it's got a bit hit and miss, and for what it costs and the damned hassle of it, I was wondering whether to either quit or go back to Dove.

Any thoughts? Has this happened to anyone else wusing BS?

I much prefer the BS gradual tan in the blue pump bottle. Really even and a good colour after a couple of days
