Best long lasting lash extensions at home?

CruisingDuck · 06/09/2024 16:13

I'm going on holiday next week and looking for some lash extensions. I normally wear strip lashes, ideally pre glued but I'd like lashes that will last for my holiday (2 weeks but happy to top them up if needed).

I tried the pre glued Lola's lashes from their Sunday salon range last night, but woke up to the outer lash clusters stuck on my chest and floor lol!

Like the underneath the lashes application. I also wear lenses so needs to be lense friendly.

I prefer the clusters but if individuals are the way to go, then I'll try!

I really like tatti lashes but they'll only last a week or just over. They're super easy to remove though so you could bring the kit and then reapply. I'm going on holiday for 10 days and I'm planning on doing that.

@Plump82 How do they work? I’ve seen them mentioned on here before but I still don’t understand them, and the website wasn’t that informative.

BuntyCollocks · 06/09/2024 18:09

My Lola’s lashes don’t budge until I take them off, sounds like you’re unlucky or I’m lucky.

CruisingDuck · 06/09/2024 18:27

@BuntyCollocks I'm trying them again today but think for holiday I'll go for something else

@Plump82 How do they work? I’ve seen them mentioned on here before but I still don’t understand them, and the website wasn’t that informative.

They come in clusters.
You apply the bond to your own lashes but not the full length of the lash, maybe 2/3 (apply it like you would use mascara) then stick the fake lash to the underside of your own lashes. Once it's in place you then put the apply the seal. You might need to use the seal a couple of times until the lashes stop feeling tacky. And that's it. I cant apply normal false lashes but I managed these with ease. Took about 15 mins for both eyes.
The kit is good as it comes with the seal, bond, remover and a applicator tool along with the lashes.

@Plump82 Thank you. Are these the same ones that stay on for a week or so?

Plump82 · 06/09/2024 20:49

@Bohomovies yep that's the ones. I think at a push I could get maybe 8 or 9 days but theyre not looking their best. You can use the remover to clean them up and reuse them.

Bohomovies · 06/09/2024 21:16

@Plump82 Interesting! Do they pull out your natural lashes at all? Thanks in advance.

Sorry OP for hijacking your thread somewhat! (Although you might find this product to be what you’re looking for?)

CruisingDuck · 06/09/2024 21:49

@Plump82 @Bohomovies haha I'm away to buy these ones now haha!!

@Plump82 is it the invisilash?

This is the kit I started with https://www.superdrug.com/make-up/eye-makeup/false-eyelashes/false-eyelash-glue/mon-cherie-invisi-kit/p/840390
I found I only needed to use 3 clusters as I don't have very big eyes. I was also nervous that they looked very long in the box but once on I was really pleased with the length.

@Bohomovies they don't pull them out at all.

CruisingDuck · 07/09/2024 18:18

Thanks @Plump82! Bought them

Coming back to this to update. I HIGHLY recommend the Tatti Lashes invisi-lash. I cannot feel them (I normally feel them when blinking, even if not close to my waterline).

Been 2 days so far and not budged. The Lola's lashes didn't last a night lol!

Thanks again @Plump82

@CruisingDuck Interesting! Did you apply them underneath the lashes?

Plump82 · 12/09/2024 02:51

Aww that's fab!! They're great aren't they.

Nastyaa · 12/09/2024 03:43

I've literally just bought the tatti lash invisi lash treat box after having all my extensions just fall off my eye. I can't afford to keep getting them done so thought I would treat myself.
I can't wait to try them!!

I bought Lola’s lashes pre glued a couple of weeks ago for my holiday. They lasted 6 days through the pool and everything!

Bohomovies · 21/09/2024 00:10

I’ve just ordered some Tatti lashes! I’ll report back in the next week or two and say how I got on with them.
