Does this get marked/scruffy/get sticky - rubberised rucksack

I am considering this rucksack (in beige) as hand luggage for a long haul trip.

I want something secure, light, roomy, waterproof but kind of stylish..trying to avoid the hiker look at the airport!

Does anyone know how well this kind of rubberised fabric "wears"?

Does it get marked or go sticky (like soft touch plastics). It says scuff resistant but I'm skeptical.

Yep with look crappy really quickly, darker colours rubbing against it will stain into that "fabric" with show finger prints too.
I really wanted a rains backpack (similar fabric) until i saw a few ppl with them, the were grubby, peeling and rubbed around the corners)
