Holister XXS

Ok, so holister XXS is evidently a uk size 4. My dd is 10 and tiny short at 130 cm give or take. The height of a eight year old. People often think she is under 8. She has some UK 4 shorts from Primark that are high rise and a ok fit.

But she has a Holister tracksuit. Bottoms size xxs and top xs. There's no way on earth any adult could fit into them. Dd has a 24" waist. The legs come mid way up my legs if I hold them up to me. The hoody has tiny short thin body but longer arms, they would be half way up my arms if I lost 90% of my body mass and had ribs removed ( possibly a lung too).

Has this shrunk? It seems really tiny tiny even for size 4. Teeny tiny teen thin girls aren't also always under 5foot? Anyone else a very small holister size shed light of this?

I don't know but can she really fit in size 4 clothes?
Surely she's still too short for size 4? Or is it just those shorts?

Just the shorts and I suspect only because they are high rise ( zip up then four buttons so they are right up past her waist line and streachy. She is in age 8 leggings and still fits in age 7-8. The holister ones don't seem much longer than little kids, but they have a long cuff which adds about 5 inches.
