Autumn trousers / jeans

I’ve been living in wide leg linen trousers for most of the summer. Had my second baby at the beginning of the year and am still slightly above my fighting weight.

So for autumn.. I was thinking of wide leg or slightly flared black or dark jeans, or other trousers. Preferably soft and / or slightly stretchy as the waist on jeans can be quite uncomfortable.

Any recommendations? Budget is M&S/ uniqlo / mango prices.

M&S have some nice looking wide leg jeans at the moment including some I believe with patch pockets.

I just bought two pairs of bootcut from Next this lunchtime, one dark indigo and one black. I've been avoiding bootcut but when I tried them on I was surprised how much I liked them, and they really flatter my slightly chunky, not very long legs! I think with the right boots with a low/mid heel they look so fab!
£26 each, soft denim with some stretch. I'm the opposite to you and am currently 14 weeks pregnant, so went up a size so there's plenty of room in the waist, but they're pretty comfy (for now... maybe I'm an idiot buying new jeans at this point, but hoping to get at least a couple of months out of them now, and then again postpartum...)

New Look wide leg jeans are excellent. They're called Adalae. I have them in blue and just got a black pair for winter. They're £35. True to size/maybe a bit loose.
