Closed toe sandals or Ballet "flat"

Teacher returning to school. Realised I could do with a shoe that bridges the seasons a bit, so I'm looking for a closed toe smart sandal, or maybe ballet flat.

But must have some arch support or have the ability to put in an insole (so closed toe and a decent bit at the back). also ideally have a bit of cushioning or shock absorption else I'm going end up in back pain. (Although I think if it's a decent footbed I should be ok)

Help!!

I have loads of ballet flats and don't struggle but they have absolutely no arch support!

Fitflop have a new ballet flat which they are marketing for support though. It's called Delicato and comes in various colours.
