Necklace clasp rotates

Necklace as in link - the clasp rotates constantly- any gadgets or ideas to stop this happening? Thanks!

Is it because the clasp is bigger or heavier than the pearl?

I think it's because the clasp is heavier and all the 'fixes' I see online are to make the clasp heavier so not sure if that will work for me

No it won't, it will just keep doing it, I'd return if it were me, it would annoy me

Is the clasp one of the lobster claw ones? If so, I would ask a jeweller to swap it out to a round one as that should be lighter.

At that price for a single pearl necklace I would expect it to be perfect, I would not be taking to go another jeweler to change anything . You could buy something similar for a lot less
