Best serum with actives?

I’m looking to overhaul my skincare. I’m early 40s and have dry skin. What serums do you recommend that have a tonne of actives in them? (Not retinols though as I have this covered). Thanks skincare gurus!

I don’t know what you mean by actives but I have the Clarins Double Serum and really like it. It definitely makes my skin feel more hydrated but I am a good bit older than you.

Medik8 Liquid Peptides is super

Really @Fiftyfiveandcounting ?I was thinking of investing but it's not getting great reviews. I'm guessing from your user name that we are of a similar vintage

Thanks all, I’ve got the Clarins double serum, I love it but it’s not really doing very much to my skin as it doesn’t have active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, ceramides, retinol, AHAs, BHAs etc.

Hearing really good things about Medik8 so may give it a try.

I use this during the day https://www.laroche-posay.co.uk/en_GB/hyalu-b5-hyaluronic-acid-serum-for-dehydrated-skin-30ml/LRP_067.html

and then I’ve started the And Begin serum at night which has tretinoin, peptides, hyraluronic acid and ceramides in it. It’s lovely

I really rate the whole Medik8 range my skin definitely loves it. Their Vitamin C serum is the best I've tried. I know you said you already have Retinol sorted but I also give a big thumbs up to their Crystal Retinal!
