A conditioner that doesn't cause build up?

Hello

Can anyone recommend a conditioner that doesn't cause a sticky, plasticky build-up after a while?

From my limited reading so far I think I'm looking for something with no silicone, paraffin or petroleum.

Bonus points if it's in a tub or an easy-to-squeeze bottle. (Dexterity issues in hands and hate wasting product by not being able to get it all out)

Thanks

Garnier hair food?
What's your hair type? Would your hair tolerate a clarifying shampoo once in a while?
My hair is wavy and any shampoo and conditioner product that helps keep it properly moisturised also builds up rather horribly after a while so I just use a head and shoulders shampoo once every couple of weeks so it resets it all. I've found that to be a much better solution than trying to find products that don't cause build ups - if you suffer from frizz you need stuff that's going to stick IMHO!!

My hair is naturally wavy which gets clogged up with build up so I use Cantu shampoo and conditioner. It's free from sulphates and gently reduces residual product build up.

Color Wow stuff is amazing and no residue. I use the Security shampoo and the Money conditioner.

I've had to stop using conditioner for the time being due to what must be build up

I'm using different shampoos every day including a purple one which is helping to clarify it

My hair still looks shiny and healthy for now

Thanks everyone!

I washed my hair and put in no condition er today. And altho it was harder to brush, it feels lovely and clean! I blow dried so looks good.

I'm going to see how I go with NO conditioner for a bit!!

I don't use conditioner at all. My hair has been so much nicer since I stopped.
