Help styling gorgeous tops

I’ve just splurged on 3 tops for work (work at a university, smart casual - casual dress code). They really suit me, but I don’t want to end up just wearing them with black trousers/loafers/trainers. Please help me get out of this rut and suggest what else I can style them with. Jeans? Skirts? Other coloured trousers? I don’t do heels at all as live in London and lots of walking! I would wear the long sleeved ones with dark straight leg jeans with a good belt. I think the shape of the short sleeved one would go better with a skirt. I have a black circle midi from Cos I would team it up with and wear with black studded Mary Janes.
