Wide fit shoes

Please any brands with wide fit shoe besides Sketchers and Clarks?

New Balance! Just got some wide fit trainers from there and it's like walking on a cloud! They only seem to be available on their website though, but delivery was good! There's also a site called Fitville and are are less expensive than NB. Having wide feet is a total pain isn't it?

Next wide fit is good but starts from size 4 and I'm a 3.5 there!

M&S I find some things in their wide fit range

My favourite brand at the moment is called Ara - they're German I think but sell in the UK and on Amazon. Expensive full price but I found some bargains on Amazon the last couple of weeks. Best shoes for wide feet that I've found so far.

Hotter - but you have to choose carefully as a lot of their styles are quite "old lady". I love their boots tho (Derrymore I think the style is)

I usually get my shoes from next, they do wide and extra wide fit. I'd say the extra wide fit is equivalent to a EEE.

Next, new look, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, asos, LTS/yours, simply be/fashion world, Joe browns all do wide fit ranges. I'm an EEE and lots of vans and Uggs fit me very well, plus regular converse.

I think it depends on what you call wide - my feet are EEEEEE width and I have only found one company that makes shoes that fit. Sadly, not only are they ridiculously expensive, but they really are very much 'old lady's styles, but if I want to wear shoes, I have no choice.

Definitely recommend Fitville trainers...... they are really comfy. I have wide feet but these fit and are very very comfortable. Can wear them all day with no discomfort

Seems like a lot of us are in the same boat. It is quiet limiting but good to see many brands carry them.
Has anyone bern successful at finding boots- maybe Chelsea or anything for winter that is less casual than trainers? And converse high top look alike?

Hotter, but you have to hunt for shoes that are less "dated" in style. I've managed to find two lovely pairs of Hotter sandals on Vinted this year, one smart pair for work and a more casual pair for weekends etc. Saved lots of money.

I agree with Hotter. Very comfortable. But a lot of them are as you say a bit frumpy.

I would agree with Hotter but... I have been so disappointed in the last two pairs I bought.

I got Whisper boots last autumn.
The first few weeks were dry so they were fine but as soon as it rained they were dreadful. They leaked and left horrendous water marks on the leather.
Hotter were decidedly unhelpful about it all, it was my fault apparently.

I had a wedding to attend in May this year and bought Catskill closed toe sandals. I wore them to the wedding, they were so comfortable. I then "saved" them for another couple of occasions, but didn't really wear them that much as the weather has been very raining here in Wales. So I would say I have worn them about 6 times and never for long walks.

I wore them last week to got out for lunch and was horrified to look down and see that the sole had split all along the side and across the middle.
I attempted to return them to the local Hotter shop but was told I couldn't as I bought them online.
I have emailed Hotter with photographs; I await something other than an automated reply!

I love DMs but widths vary so much, it's trial and error. My best ever purchase was Dr Martens Amelie boots many years ago. I am still wearing them over 10 years later.

Other than that, I admit to being that anti Style abomination, a wearer of Crocs. I no longer spend summer in agony from tight fitting not wide enough sandals!

Fly London are very wide. And generous on the calves, too.

I can only wear Nikes for my trainers... New Balance, ASICS, Adidas all far too narrow.

I like wearing converse style shoes but there's hardly any options for wide fitting ones. But you can customise a pair on their website and make them wide fitting for not much more than standard fitting. I've just got mine through, they're comfy!

Sargasso and grey have some lovely styles and are far from frumpy.

I have sandals from Pavers that are wide fit.

Also Ecco can be good for wider feet. And if you are buying boots then men's boots are a wider fit than women's and don't really look that different in style.

For boots I have new look wide fit ones and regular size Ugg (leather proper boots, I'm not keen on the fashionable furry ones as they don't give me enough ankle support) The other brands I listed earlier are all too narrow in boots for me but it depends on your width. I have sometimes tried men's from M and S or ASOS or next but they are often too wide so I can't win!

Another wide foot here, for boots (ankle) fit flop are my go to. They always fit me really well. I do have knee length boots which are expensive as I also sadly have big calves, so I get my long boots from Duo. They sometimes appear in eBay sold by a charity brand new though.

Deichman often have lots. Graceland sandal white and silver is very comfy.

My problem is that I have (or rather had) triple A fitting feet and now have swollen feet and ankles. I need good arch support and wider fittings. I Zfind Skechers so called breathable shoes are not and when my fewt get hot they swell more and hurt. Anyone managed to solve this problem ? 😕
