anyone want to join me on a makeover challenge?
I plan to do one thing a day to make myself either look or feel better about myself, and I’ll record it here for accountability.
I’m a 45 year old perimenopausal woman who’s overweight, overwrought and puts no effort into myself - and it shows!
I feel really negative about my appearance, I have never had much confidence in myself due to being bullied at school but now with peri I feel like I am ‘losing my looks’. I know so many stunning women aged 50+ though and just want to give my head a wobble and start doing something about it instead of feeling low.
Now the kids are getting older I am starting to have a bit of time. I’m terrible at routines (probably ADhD) and don’t have a lot of cash spare. I will include physical health tasks and exercise as well as beauty as they make me look and feel better about myself.
Any advice on where to start would be super - and pls join in if you feel the same.
