No cellulite at athletics

I have watched running and every kind of jumping at Olympics and the Diamond League today. Beautiful, strong, young female sportswomen - not a drop of cellulite.

I have been unhappy with my chunky thighs for 30 years though size 8 but kind of took comfort in that it’s genetic and common and normal, that I cannot run it off. Clearly, you can. So, what is the truth - that really fit people do not have it, and am just not working hard enough?

My cellulite pretty much went once I stopped alcohol, reduced sugar and started doing regular yoga & weights.
I imagine the athletes a lot eat cleaner than us regular people, and have done since youth when they started their training, they also have pretty low body fat compared to us.

If you need to (generally) be an Olympian to be cellulite-free then most of us will suffer with some!

They have no fat, let alone cellulite!

They have no body fat at all so no cellulite either.

Loads of eating disorders in sport as a result.

Most of the track athletes are not going to have the body fat to menstruate not to mind having cellulite. As someone upthread said, clean eating and high levels of exercise is the secret.
