Just seen this while watching the news. Anyone know where this dress is from?

It's confusing me because it's asymmetric and also seems to have this half ribbon thing going on.

Anyway I'm intrigued, hope some one know where it's from.

Don't know about the dress but I always think that she looks like she would be really good fun on a night out!

Not that I can tell a lot from that picture but I think it's the Whistles Sekka Stripe Print Dress. Doesn't seem to be in stock anymore but there is a top version in size 10 on ebay.
