Age lines above top lip

How do I get rid of deep vertical lines above my top lip, they are so aging and I’m only 50. I don’t really want fillers ?

Filler? I have them too and no idea what to do.

Oh me too! Was looking at a local clinic today, suggesting derma fillers.
Ive been upping my retinol and introduced a collagen peptide serum and a hydraleuronic (??) acid serum but the latter two seem to make things worse!
I also seem to have sort of discolouration there, like tiny little pin pricks almost. Weird.

Apparently a tiny bit of filler in the top lip is the way to go, not filler in the lines themselves.

Did you or do you smoke? If so, quit. I can generally spot a smoker from their top lip.

I used to smoke, I stopped at 30, so 20 years ago.

No, other than a rollie about every three months with my friend who smokes 😂
Ive been looking at laser treatment but the derma fillers are much cheaper.

Tretinoin helps, it does take time to show a difference
