Your favourite black trainers?

I'm looking for some black trainers, smart-ish (e.g. could be warn to a restaurant), and ideally available on Amazon UK, as I have a voucher!

They are for travelling so they need to be pretty resilient and comfy, but also lightweight as it's going to be warm.

Ideally under £60.

Anyone have any favourites? I've been looking at Skechers but not sure whether any of them are water resistant.

@Bitchette What's wrong with that? They look fine, although Reebok have never been a good fit on me for some reason.

Skechers are terrible for your feet , too spongey.
Fitflop do smarter trainer styles
Reiker?

Another vote for Reebok classics.

I love my black adidas superstars.
They're " mono" black so have no obvious branding
I have worn them to smart restaurants and just about everywhere else

Thanks for the suggestions, Fitflop look good although the only black pair I like are £85 so a bit pricey for my budget. Some of the Reiker ones look nice though :)

I have heard that about Skechers being bad for your feet, that's another of my reservations about them.

If you know the style of the fitflop you like Google just that, they are sold through so many platforms and are usually on offer somewhere! ( If that is obvious, I wasn't being rude) the price difference can be surprising

@JackieGoodman Those are lovely, thanks! Again a bit pricey £80 in my size, but a good starting point.

I will be buying black New Balance trainers this autumn, they are completely black , ie no white sole and bottom stripe, so look a bit smarter

Black Converse - Amazon

Not really "trainers" but I love my black Converse and wear them with everything!

You might like Skechers Go Walk shoes. They are lightweight, comfy, and good for warm weather. Some are water-resistant too, which is great for traveling. Plus, they’re often under £60 on Amazon UK. Worth checking out!
