Does anyone know how this thing works? I don't have an instruction book.

I have one and it's awesome! how come you don't have the instructions though?
You must be able to google it. Long story short you need to shave and zap the areas you want to de hair. It works for me 100% - if you have dark hair and pale skin you will get the best result.
Put it on level 5 do not fanny about with it. I do not find it painful but if you do have 2 paracetamol or 2 big Gin and tonics 1st.
Persevere- it was not quick for me but in the end it has worked wonders.

It’s fantastic. Doesn’t hurt at all. I agree, whack it onto max setting.

Do it in front of the TV as it’s quite time consuming.

Also fantastic if you have any broken capillaries.
