Hi so my 13 year old has lovely lounge wear - white fox!! If you know you know. What does a 40 year old wear that has similar vibes but not mutton dresses as lamb x

I think anyone can wear anything. I just googled them too and it just looks really basic not really aimed at any particular age group and the models look in their 20s so not really aimed at teens or kids, if it was my taste I'd wear them.

I've got three different types, sweatshirt, knitted and a finer viscose/elastane set from Next, H & M and Apache

Probably being a bit thick, but when do you all wear loungewear? During the evenings and then into PJs? Or during the day if not going out?

I live in sweaty Betty leggings or joggers (Gary's) most of the time. They do good hoodies and sweatshirts too. The stuff can be pricy so I tend to look out for sales. I've replaced most of my random tops/t shirts with joules ones this year as I've found the shape, style, colour and quality to be really good.

I have joggers from M&S I wear as loungewear, a navy pair and a grey pair. I wear them with t-shirts in summer, and in colder weather usually whichever knit I have had on in the day, or a sweatshirt.

@familyissues12345 i sleep in a nightie/oversized t-shirt, so on work days I get into loungewear about 6pm, then change before going to bed. Today I haven’t left the house so went straight to joggers/sweatshirt after showering. I’m presentable if anyone comes to the door but comfy.

Zara do nice comfy co-ords. My daughter also lives in white fox but it's not for me!

36 and got a couple of nice sets from TU @ sainsburys last week. Wide leg with a seam down the middle and 1/4 zip top and the other wide leg with side pockets at knees and again 1/4 top lovely soft material

I've just looked at White Fox and would happily wear it
But have no daughters so probably don't understand Smile

I don't really get the white fox thing....never see anyone in London wearing it but every 11-16 girl when we visit family in the north has at least a hoodie.

I get not wanting to look cringe in something worn in teens. Lounge wear for me is home from work and out of those clothes before pjs at bed so in this summer heat has been shorts but typically leggings and a band t-shirt 😂

@impossiblesituations Primark doesn't have a full website or market their stuff much which is why it is able to remain cheap, so linking loungewear is difficult but the quality is usually really good, don't be put off by their cheap prices.

As I said my Dad was in textile marketing (clothes, home furnishing fabrics, think sofas, cushions, curtains, tablecloths, bedding, even bags all the way through to outdoor things like waterproof coats and rucksacks) I was fascinated by it.

Next will spend around £46 million, yes million on digital advertising and that cost is obviously paid for by the customer. Primark has lovely loungewear, there are videos youtube of people showing you the latest Primark stuff, they walk round the shop and show you things.
