Skin tightening

Has anyone had any success with body skin tightening machines?
My inner thighs and upper arms are bringing to sag and I wondered if anything really works.
Looking for salon treatments or at home devices?

There is a treatment called skin tite. I’ve not had it so perhaps another member will enlighten us. Some have lipo suction followed by skin tite.
There is also cool sculpting , but check side effects
I’m considering polynucleotide injections for the face, can be used on the body,, apparently tightens skin a bit, but don’t expect miracles. Anyone else had this?
Surgery is the gold standard, however, if you can afford it.
Home devices- LED devices are very popular and my skin feels refreshed after using- have to be consistent though. You can get these devices that massage/ pound muscles etc but they require a lot of time devoted to them. If your arms are not too saggy would exercise or gym sessions help?

Thank you.
I already lift weights and I'm not over weight. It's too much sun exposure I think.
I looked into surgery but it's £6k for vaserlipo on just my arms. I don't think they are bad enough for that yet.
I don't think the injectables would be cost effective for the thighs. It's a large area.
Hopefully someone has tried something that works!

I have an LED mask, I think it's good for my face texture but I'd need a huge one for my body!

You can get an LED arc from Current body , expensive at nearly 2k, but you can use it on any part of the body. You’d probably be a good candidate for Skin tite, but it’s expensive ! Just seen this!

That might be a good start, thank you.
I might be there a while on my thighs but willing to give it a try.
