Looking for a jacket

I'm looking for a crossover of seasons jacket, but not sure where to start.

I want something that's not too thick as I want to be able to wear it in work. I don't want a blazer or suit jacket, something a little more casual. I already have a denim jacket and a beautiful leather biker style jacket.
