Anyone over 40 have hair extensions and willing to post a pic - or maybe before and after pic? I’m thinking something subtle is for me, as I’m not in my twenties! My hair goes very thin at the ends so just to thicken and slight length maybe? I know nothing about them, but heard glued can ruin your hair to to go for micro-bead? I have no clue to be honest!
